Grove Gear (WI), an early adopter of i-MARK’s online eCatalog technology, renews its 3-year and counting SaaS-based eBusiness service with i-MARK
FARMINGTON, CT — April, 2009 — Grove Gear, a Regal Beliot company and a leading manufacturer of gear reducers, renewed its SaaS Agreement with i-MARK for the second time and will continue offering i-MARK’s 24/7 BUSINESS™ eCatalog to their motion control product buyers worldwide. Since 2006, i-MARK’s engineer-friendly eCatalog has been confidently guiding Grove Gear’s users - product design engineers and product specifiers through their more than 250,000 gear reducer options - to discover, select, evaluate, and request their complex-engineered products
With this renewal Grove was able to take advantage of i-MARK’s latest eCatalog SaaS functionality, which is upgraded often. Grove also added a CAD file view and download function to their eCatalog as well as a custom feature which allows users to look up an old part number and instantly be directed to their new cooresponding part number.
Grove continue’s to build a strong customer-service image by providing a productive, engineer-oriented online product evalution experience for their users. Since the launch of Grove’s eCatalog in 2006, they have experienced a marked increase in visits, RFQs, purchases and visitor compliments.
