application framework. Our Professional Services developers
populate each module with customer’ rules and data to
create their unique SPA applications.
2. All of our SPA modules are seamless-integration-ready
with each other, with back-end ERP/legacy systems, and other
front-end applications such as CRM and SFA.
3. No two manufacturers operate in exactly the same manner.
If an SPA application requires customer-specific enhancements,
our developers perform the work using SPA customization tools.

Offer You?
Following commercial launch, our customers
use self-maintenance tools to adjust each SPA application
and keep it current. All SPA modules operate independently
or fully integrated. Customers decide which modules to implement
and in what order.
Since i-MARK’s SPA applications are an integral part
of our customers’ web sites, we include the following
value-added features as part of our ASP service:
1. We revise our customers’ web site graphics and layout
concurrent with SPA application implementation, to achieve
an integrated web site/SPA presentation that offers a cohesive
and compelling user experience.
2. We host our customer’s web sites and SPA solutions
in a highly-secure AT&T ISP facility, including industry-leading
SLA terms, application monitoring, and help-desk services
- 24/7. This site is mirrored by a live (backup) data center
located in our Hartford, CT facility.
3. We provide SPA application maintenance, including bug
fixes and core module enhancements, plus pre-paid annual application
development/support hours for customer’ use as they
require.
4. As an ASP, we offer a low startup fee with solution implementation
typically costing 50%–67% less than custom development
fees. Our low monthly ASP fee compares with their annual maintenance
fees, but provides our customers far more support, service
and value.
5. Our customers experience rapid development of their (manufacturer-smart
and focused) SPA solutions, usually in one-third the time
it takes system integrators or custom developers.
