Bakes
Mr. Bakes is a principal of The Clinton Companies, a developer
of commercial and residential properties in Pennsylvania,
Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts. The Clinton Companies
and its affiliates currently own and manage a real estate
portfolio of approximately $75M. The Clinton Financial Group,
Inc., one of many companies that constitute The Clinton Companies
has raised over $20M for private placement real estate projects
under Mr. Bakes' direction.
Prior to The Clinton Companies, Mr. Bakes was the Chairman and co-founder of International Telecommunications Data Systems where he held the positions of President & CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Bakes founded Life Plans Unlimited, Inc., a large regional financial services and insurance brokerage firm which he successfully sold after nearly 20 years of operation.
Mr. Bakes received a degree in Business Administration from
Indiana University.

Ronald Jarvis, CLU Mr.
Jarvis is a Principal of Jarvis Enterprises and a Director
and Member of the Executive Committee for St. Francis Hospital
and Medical Center, a Director of St. Francis Physician Hospital
Organization, and of HealthChoice of Connecticut. He is Chairman
of Partner's Indemnity Company LTD and The Partner's Interinsurance
Exchange, both of Bermuda.
Mr. Jarvis is the retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Security-Connecticut Corporation, Security-Connecticut
Life Insurance Company, and Lincoln Security Life Insurance
Company. He also served as a Director of the three companies.
Mr. Jarvis is the retired President and Director of Arrowhead,
LTD of Bermuda.
Mr. Jarvis served as a Director of Lincoln National Life
Insurance Company, Society for Savings Bank Corporation, Reliastar
Life Insurance Company, the University of Connecticut Foundation,
the Watkinson School, the Institute of Living, the Life Insurance
Marketing and Research Association, and on BankBoston's advisory
board.
Mr.Jarvis is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the American College of Chartered Life Underwriters.

Russell Tweeddale Mr. Tweeddale is a Managing Director of Connecticut Innovations, i-MARK's principal investor, where he has served since 1985.
Mr. Tweeddale is a former Director of Data Processing for Scientific Leasing and the Robert E. Nolan Company.
Mr. Tweeddale held various economic and venture analysis, engineering cost accounting and systems analysis positions during his 20-year career at United Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Tweeddale' s experience also includes scientific and commercial programming, mathematical analysis, EDP auditing and computer modeling.
Mr. Tweeddale earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
and a master's degree in Business Administration from the
University of Hartford.

Charles Young, Ph.D.
Dr. Young is the current President of The Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development.
Dr. Young is the former President of the University of Florida.
Dr. Young is the former Chancellor of the University of California
at Los Angeles, serving in that position from 1968 to 1999,
and is the current Chancellor Emeritus of that institution.
Dr. Young recently resigned as a Director of Intel Corporation
to undertake his current responsibilities in Qatar, after
serving in that position since 1974.
Dr. Young served as a Director of Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management, Fiberspace, Student Advantage, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Foundation, and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.
Dr. Young is a former Chairman of the Association of American
Universities, and has served on numerous commissions including
those of the American Council on Education, the National Association
of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges, and the Business-Higher
Education Forum.
Dr. Young received the Award for Inter-American University
Cooperation from the Inter-American Organization for Higher
Education, the International Education Leadership Award from
the Coalition for International Education, and the UCLA International
Student Center 's Neil H. Jacoby International Award. Other
awards and recognition include his election as a Fellow of
the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Young earned
the Albert Schweitzer Leadership Award from the Hugh O'Brien
Youth Foundation, the designation as a "Treasure of Los
Angeles" by the Los Angeles Central City Association,
and the Distinguished Service Award for Lifetime Achievement
from the American Council on Education.
Dr. Young graduated with honors from University of California
at Riverside, and completed his master's and doctoral degrees
in Political Science at UCLA.
